We offer a mix of public and private training options. Our public programs are the most popular option. A public program is open to any of our participants. Participants also get to practice and interact with salespeople of all backgrounds and sales processes.
Private trainings are customized to your organization and team. They feature proven Sandler behaviors, attitudes, and techniques in a small group environment for your company.

Essentials (formerly called Foundations) is where everyone new to Sandler starts. We will teach participants the Sandler Selling System from start to finish.
After Essentials comes Expert (formerly Sales Mastery). Expert is a clinic style program that consists of breakout groups, group discussion, instructor-led learning, and role plays. We focus on practical application for real-world sales.
Whether you are leading a sales team or running the company, sales leadership is a skill not often developed in organizations. This program is designed to train sales leaders on proven Sandler techniques to drive success.
Essentials Sandler Training Includes:
- Covers the Sandler Selling System from start to finish
- 1 DISC Assessment and debrief
- Session feedback and takeaways sent to management
- Manager portal to track online learning
- Manager check-ins with a Sandler Associate throughout the program
Expert Sandler Training Includes:
- Weekly 90-minute sessions for at least 1 year
- Ad-hoc coaching with a Sandler Associate
- Weekly feedback surveys sent to management
- Access to select speciality programs like Social Selling and AI for Sales
- Congruent Sandler Online reinforcement modules and activities
Sales Leadership Includes:
- Two 90-minute, semi-private sessions a month
- Monthly coaching calls with a Sandler Associate
- A leadership DISC assessment and debrief
- Real Sandler tools you can use immediately with your team
Our team is able to offer private, custom trainings for select organizations. A private training utilizes the same proven Sandler methodologies as our public programs tailored to your organization's specific sales process.

Training program participants have the opportunity to earn Essentials and Expert certification. These certifications have their own unique ID number and are internationally recognized. Certification is available at an additional fee for anyone in the Essentials or Expert programs.
