Sandler Online is a state-of-the-art platform designed to educate and support learners with a variety of content, tools, and applications with on-demand access. Progress is tracked in real time to ensure participants stay on track throughout the program.
Participants will complete a post-session feedback form for each session. This is shared with participant and manager to track performance. In Expert lessons learned begin to track how Sandler is influencing participants' success with specific deals.
Expert topics are selected based on several factors: current economic climate, seasonality, and challenges participants share in the group. It is a dynamic, highly interactive session focused on group discussion, breakout rooms, and role plays.
Expert participants have the option to meet 1:1 with a member of our Sandler Team, As part of this process participants will completely pre-coaching goals check-in forms. These forms help us track their progress towards what they are working on, explore new goals as the rise, and share their development path with their manager.
About The Program:
Almost all Essentials graduates will immediately begin Expert. We recommend attending the program for a minimum of 1 year although many clients attend for longer. A typical Expert session will follow a format similar to the one below:

1. Actions, Commitments, and Wins:
The session opens with the opportunity for participants to share their wins, reflect on commitments made from prior sessions, and crowdsource sales challenges with the group. This is a chance for participants to be recognized for their achievements and celebrated by their peers, stay accountable to making long-term changes in their selling behavior, and learn from each other.
2. Introducing The Topic
A Sandler trainer will provide a brief, but thorough, review of the Sandler behavior, attitude, or technique being discussed. This includes a chance for participants to share how they are currently using it in their roles and any challenges they face with it.
3. Group Discussion, Role Plays, and Breakouts
Every session has at least 2-3 breakouts, if not more. The remaining time in the session is dedicated to interaction. It could be group discussions with the trainer, breaking out into smaller groups with their peers to practice, or peer to peer discussion. Participants come from a variety of industries and sales processes allowing for unique perspectives and insights with every interaction.
4. Actions and Commitments
As a group we end every session by sharing how we will apply what we just learned to our roles. It helps bridge the gap between learning and application. This time spent reflecting on what they just learned sends them back to their daily role ready to apply it. Lessons learned are saved and shared with participants and their management team.
