How The Program Works:

The Sales Leader Growth Series is a customizable program with nine different modules for a comprehensive growth plan. Each path (Embrace, Attract, Manage) starts with a Coach To Success session. SLGS runs the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. The first Thursday is a content session. A Sandler trainer will lead the group through learning a new Sandler leadership behavior, attitude, or technique. The third Thursday is a clinic style session. Participants work in breakout groups facilitated by Sandler trainers to practice what they learned and discuss how it applies to their role. 

The best part? SLGS is designed to give you tools and resources in each session that you can begin to use immediately with your role. After each session you will feel empowered to return and implement what you learned. Your Sandler trainer is also available for individual coaching calls as needed.
